Radix Angelica Sinesis, Rhizoma Lugustici Chuanxiong. Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Semen Persicae, Rhizoma Zingiberis Praeparatum. Stigma Croci.

Give the prewashed herbs a gentle rinse under running water, before adding 300g-500g of your choice, and approximately 1500ml of water. Depending on the type of cooker used, bring soup to a boil before simmering on low heat for the appropriate timings.

  • Pressure Cooker (20 minutes)
  • Conventional Cooker (1.5 hours)
  • Slow Cooker (2 hours)
