Delete Account on Mobile App

Step 1: To delete your account on the Eu Yan Sang Mobile App, click on the Account icon at the bottom right. 

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "I want to delete account".

Step 3: Please select the reason for account deletion. Click on “Delete” button once the selection have been made.

Step 4: The pop up will request confirmation on the deletion. Please select “Close” if there’s a change of mind or “Confirm” if you wish to  proceed ahead and delete your account.

Step 5: Upon deletion, the account will be auto logout. Please take note that it take about 15 minutes for your account to be deleted on our system.

Please note that the deletion of the account is meant for account sign out on euyansang.com.sg. For membership related cancellation, please email to info@euyansang.com.
