1. How to find out my total spending or purchases to-date?

To check your purchase records or total spend to-date with Eu Yan Sang Singapore, please write in to info@euyansang.com. Our customer service team will assist you accordingly.

2. How much have I spend to-date and can I qualify for Eu Gold status?

You are eligible for Eu Gold status if you have achieved/maintained a minimum of $3,000 nett spend (exclude GST) from 1 Jan to 31 Dec in a given calendar year . For information on how much you have spent to date, please check your purchase records by writing in to info@euyansang.com.

3. How to use my birthday discount online?

Birthday privileges can only be utilised at Eu Yan Sang retail stores during your birthday month. 

4. Can I use my reward points for online purchase?

Eu Rewards points can only be utilised at Eu Yan Sang retail stores.

5. How do I reset my password?

Navigate to Account Login Page and select 'Forgot Password?'. Enter your email and submit. You will receive an email to reset your password. If you did not receive any email, please check your junk/spam folder. Any further issues, please write in to estore.sg@euyansang.com.  

6. How can I trace my order history for purchases made at retail stores?
